4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Applicable limits and processing times:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by our finance team. jombet88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal in order to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and anti-money laundering requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jombet88 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus and winnings can be withdrawn.

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Required wagering: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Balance RM900 → Required wagering: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

General conditions for all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used by users who meet the age and registration eligibility requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless stated otherwise.

6 Game Rules

7 Account Security

• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

jombet88 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their login information secure.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

jombet88 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict a user account in the following situations without prior notice:

• Evidence or indication of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• The user is found to be under the minimum age of 21.
• A written request from the user to close the account.

In cases of closure due to fraud, the balance in the account concerned may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. Users who close their account by their own request are eligible to withdraw any existing balance subject to fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

9 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
